With max radar, you will shred the entire Japanese navy within the first few weeks of the war. You can get the ahead of time bonus and get 1944 subs by 1940. I normally switch to trade interdiction and just build a ton of Subs. ![]() Put all your naval groups into one group and exercise off the bat. If you're going to play as a Democracy, definitely go down the new deal path and get the acts that get rid of great depression as early as possible. ![]()
